Working out has slowly become a hobby of mine and on this page I will share the routine that I follow:
It is a Push/Pull/Leg system that has a Day 1 and Day 2 for each workout. I will just be adding the Day 1 workouts for now. This routine was created and is provided by Jeff Nippard through his youtube page.
I do take some supplements as well. The Protein and Pre-Workout are Optimum Nutrition Products and the creatine is a GNC product. My diet consists lots of proteins, vegetables, water and fruits. I try and limit all sugary drinks and empty carbohydrates and calories. I try and consume 250 grams of protein and hit a calorie intake of 3400 calories daily.
